Payment is in pound sterling.

Rates:

Low (November to March)--------£500

Mid (April, May and October)---£650

High (June and September)-------£800

Peak (July and August)-----------£1000

Inclusive of taxes, water & electricity.

Exclusive of end-of-stay cleaning service 70 euros and bed linen service 10 euros per bed both payable directly to our representatives in Theoule on your departure.

Special discounts considered for long lets, early bookings, late availability and previous guests.

A refundable security deposit of £100 is required.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by e-mail or by post within 2 weeks of receiving your deposit. The balance in full must be received 8 weeks prior date booked. Please read the Terms and Conditions before completing the Booking Form.
